How to Order

Publication Orders
Orders for publications are accepted by both fax and e-mail. Use the Fax/E-mail Order Form. Publications will be mailed together with an estimate, bill and deposit slip (for payment through the post office). Then please make payment at either your bank or post office. Publications will take about 3 weeks for delivery and shipping charges are not included.
If anything is unclear, contact us at the office below.

Restrictions on Video Viewing
It is strictly prohibited to lend, show or duplicate videos off the premises. Videos are only for viewing free-of-charge on the premises (public place).
